the breakfast offered a lot of choice. i appreciated the plates of cheese and cured meats. i also liked that staff offered espresso every morning. the hotel had its own dock, convenient.
the room was quite small. i found no chair, only two stools were available. the shower was also smaller than i expected. it was not very comfortable to use..

The location was good for accessing the ACTV stop.
The central air conditioning was NOT working properly. It could not be fixed. The staff was unable to call a service engineer, and they also did not change my room (they just offered empty smiles).

i found the location to be very quiet. it still allowed easy access to major attractions. the private dock made water taxi transfers very convenient. the air conditioning worked very well. that was much appreciated.
